Cassie Robinson: A user manual for me (and for you)

A nice idea from Cassie Robinson of DotEveryone. When you come into an organisation or group, how do you let people know how you like to operate, in a clear and effective way? Cassie has shared with us something she calls "A user manual for me" - a template (here's one you can use yourself) that sets out her ideal working conditions straightforwardly and informatively. She introduces a caveat: "that this is done knowing that not all your needs and preferences can be met, but there is still value in making them explicit for those you work with."

Is this how Gens Y & Z will start to shape the organisations they work in?
